Default Info on Power Neo by Top Fuel needed

Anyone got the 411 on this? The description says:

This magnetic gadget is made to wrap around your fuel pump line. It improves fuel economy/average 5 - 30%, decreases carbon monoxide mixture in exhaust gases, decreases and silences conversion of black smoke of diesel car, increases the consistency of power across the spectrum, increases the consistency of torque across the spectrum, increases engine response, decreases carbon build up in the engine, and lower engine pinging due to advanced timing.

But I wanted to know if anyone has really tested it out?

Just hype. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

i'm not gonna flame on you but, with all the other things you could be doing to gain more power, fuel economy, or whatever. What in the world made you look to that pc? Yes, it can do what it says. But unless you had a seriously tuned engine setup i doubt the ___ dyno would show you the difference. Knowing the vehicles Top fuel uses by trade i can assure you that the 5-15% difference will never be seen or felt within our little Scions limits. Sorry to sound like a jerk, but i'd concern my attention to other performance gains first. Good luck on the path you choose.

Why would you even mention flaming? Just asked a simple question plus from your signature "Destroying the misconceptions of the compact car tuning sub-culture.....One newbie at a time." Do you have a perception that you are above every tuner out there? If so I guess this thread wasted time for both of us. But thanks for your info...

i'm sorry you took it that way. And no, I don't think that I am above any one tuner. My statement was simply what it was, direct. and my sig is no more than a mild suggestion to those who find such intresting and tactical parts selection as a means for real performance useful. good day sir...

After looking all over the place at this specific model and the 'knock-offs' I'd have to say it's not a power mod unless you are already pushing some serious power already. Serious N/A or F/I application. I can see it improving MPG, a little. It would be interesting to see if the emissions are lessoned, that would be a bonus right there...
