We'll be developing a lot more soon guys. They are Wiseco and they can handle some SERIOUS power. No question pushing 500whp... You need rods and a couple other upgrades though to make that kind of power. But I'd say you can daily drive at 12-15psi with this kit no problem, and push it a little bit more at the track.

What about some better pistons to be used with the supercharger. I would like a set of 9:1, or maybe even like 9.2:1. I suppose this is a custom request. I am sure the 8.8:1 would be fine on the s/c motor. I would just like something with stonger rings, and only a slight bit less compression than the stock 9.6:1. I am surprised everyone makes 8.5:1 range for turbo, and 11:1 range for NA, but no 9.6:1 pistons. Perhaps someone would just want something stronger than stock, but with the same compression.

We could definately do a custom piston with a CR of your choice. It will cost a little bit more but we can definately do any setup you'd like. So let us know your info, and the CR you really want. We can do either.

Sales@Dezod.com for your request

To be honest, the 8.8:1 would be fine for the S/C crowd. It is very close to 9:1 and not 8.5:1. So it is a very good compromise between the 2. Choice is yours.

True. When it comes down to me getting another motor to build up, I will most likely be going with the 8.8:1 anyway. I was just saying, what if someone wanted a stock CR, just stronger internals. I guess custom is the answer.

can you give us a good guess as to how much it would be to install these? If its not a really high amount I might get these.

Install varies from shop to shop. Please consult your local engine builder in your area. I have seen rates all over the map.

To run 15 PSI, I would recommend these pistons without a doubt for starters.......Rods.........Valve Springs and retainers and you might want to consider a Port N Polish job too.

I've never been fond of Wiseco pistons because they are noisy. I had a set in my old car, my friend had them in his EVO, and another buddy of mine had them in a Civic. They all made noise. That is a nice compression ratio. But I think you guys should have went with a JE piston or an Arias piston, which is far more superior in my experience. They are also quiet. The other pistons are more expensive than the Wisecos, so I see why went with them. You should sell lots of these for those who have the money for them.

There are measures to make them less noisy, and we have taken all we could with respect to having them still being produced by Wiseco. We are a WD for Wiseco, and the quality of the piston for the price, is a great combo.

All of our pistons are brand new.

This set is going into our tC VERY soon. We are waiting until we get another head, and rods complete.

Well I knew they are sold brand new...I meant has this particular piston design been actually tested in a motor?

And I suppose the answer is not yet, but soon.
