i really thing tinting your headlights is not very appealing, however; i am glad because too many ***** in the streets are using highbeams -_- i wish they would tint their headlights too XD

Is that a stock grill or aftermarket? if its aftermarket where do u get custom grills like that. I live in san jose and i also want to get the eyebrows covered in fm paint strips and my tail lights too in vinyl strips over the top part of the tail lights. Are there any stores that can provide that service near the san jose area cause i cant find any?

You can use a hair dryer or heat gun to help with the corners and curved portions. The heat will make the vinyl pliable and help it contour better to the surface .
