...feeling until seeing and then owning the box. These are completely different but exactly the same. Revolutionary in their design. The new beetle and the mini didnt appeal to me at all. I see them as trying to be something they are not, like copying the past. The xB is its own thing. I cannot think of two cars that are more similar and different....the original beetle is curves everywhere and the xB is a complete box...I will take some pictures of the both of em and put them up....

i like the xb as well, but i think the mini is absolutely beautiful, the square/round exterior and the amazing styling of the interior make it hard to beat.

Even though I own an xA, I completely and whole heartedly agree with you. I love both cars EXTREMELY. There are no words for my passion. On a different note you have no idea how many people I've converted. Former xB haters. . . I introduce them to the xA, and they love it. And then they give the xB a serious look, and they fall instantly in love. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. I fell victim too. . . I was a former box hater, but now I've seen the light and converted.
If it only weren't for stupid haters, I would have gotten an xB, but I'm weak like that. :cry: but I LOVE Scion. OOOOOOh, I wish I were a polar white Scion, that is what I'd really like to beeeee, cuz if I were a polar white Scion, everybody'd be in love with me!!!!!!!! k I must be drunk or somethin

i was the same way at first but its kinda like hair it grows on ya. first u hate it then after a few days (or weeks) u change. :D :wink:

I thought that I would never find a car that gives the same satisfaction as my Miata. It took all of 5 min of a test drive of my Xb to buy it. :D I think the comparison is closer to the original Mini or Miata that anything. Different proportions, seating, roadview, etc.
