Default Which Turbo Kit?

I have decided to put a turbo kit on my car

I just dont know which one to buy, i have heard not to go with the ZPI kit and to go with a Greddy kit, but if anyone could help me out and give me the low down on which kits are good and which kits are bad and why that would be great.

Thanks in advance for the help

I think the Dezod kit when their new ems comes out will be great.

Do the intercooler pipes have a rolled lip so they do not blow off? Is it a ball bearing turbo? Is the emanage capableof things like saving multiple maps, or controlling a intercooler sprayer. Do the intercooler pipes come coated? Does the kit ship same day? Will u be able to get replacement parts 3 years from now?
Well the answer is no,no,no,no,and who knows.

These are some of the things I took into consideration when I choose the Turbonetics kit. Its up to you though everyone has different needs.

Intercooler pipes are not rolled, but we are testing out something new........

BB, not required by any means on an average street car. Just a hand job for yourself is all it is for the average person. It offers value, but nothing more. My question is why then does the t-netics kit still exhibit some fair amount of lag. I think they had no choice but to go that route.

The e-manage is capable of controlling an intercooler sprayer. I never have dabbled with it myself, but I know a few people who have. It is run off the GReddy remote switching system.

Coated intercooler pipes? No. They are polished stainless steel. Very durable. Hard and rugged. Not easily crushed or dented like Aluminum. They clean up easy and stay clean too. Look at Joe's...........nuff said. Almost 1 year on his car and still look new.

No our kits do not ship the same day YET. We are workin on that. Right now we are looking at 2-3 weeks.

3 years from now replacement parts, I would say yes. We have been here for 5 years already. No reason why another 3. Our growth and presence in this industry has grown 10 fold in the last 2-3 years.

Just to clarify so there are no rumors being spread.

Also, on a final note, the only reason why chose the e-manage over the uni-chip is because of ease of tuning to the end user. There are all of about 20-30 tuners all around the USA that can tune Uni-chip. These are the only people that can touch your ECU if you want to turn up the boost. That doesn't leave me with a good taste....otherwise, I give t-netics a B+ on the presentation on their kit.

problems can always creep up since the car wasnt made for turbo, but hopefully you will get good luck. always invest in the little stuff and you will prevail.

Our kit does not come out of the vents. It is VERY clean.

Power levels vary based upon turbo. S1s are different from T.E.A. kits etc...

WOW!!!!!!
its very clean dude.
okay thats good. now its btwn Dezod and Turbonetcis.
can you tell me the pro's and con's and why Dezod is better???????

I know turbonetics has been around for a while and if I have an issue in 5ish years they will be there. that was one of my big concerns.

but tell me which kit is the most compete. I.E. comes with EVERYTHING!!! except clutchand guages obviously.
I guess my Q is who has the most complete bang for your buck?????

I would say do your research and really think about what you want for the end result. If money is not an issue then all the more power to you. If I were choosing between Turbonetics and Dezod there isn't really a second thought, it'd be Dezod.

if the admins could delete this post. I double posted...damn IE7.
