People have posted questions to their threads several times with no response. Thats because many companies are NOT engineers. They simply go by what worked in the past which isnt always true now. Technology has come a long way. We can now make power with small motors, runners, compenents, etc. That bigger is better crap is old school technology. On a performance/economy engine like the 1nz, we want to keep the gas charge velocity up. If we go with oversize manifolds and runners, the fuel will will drop in non-combustible drops. That will kill the performance, youll lose power, and not to mention it will wash away the lubricants on the cyl walls.
