It has crossed my mind more than a few times, but in the end I figured that I am going to stay with my xB. I just still feel that having a xB does more for me, with factors like fuel economy, roominess, raised seating position, etc...

the tC is a hell of a car but the xB is still the pulse of Scion...

No way. Insurance will go up. Seating is low compared to the xB's high seating. Not as roomy. Too wide...wider is not always better :D. 22MPG city? Hahahaha, man that's worse than my 4-cyl (5sfe) '01 Camry that went 28MPG in the city. I think tC owners should meet up with Toyota Solara, Toyota Highlander (4x2) and Toyota Camry owners. THe Toy owners will drool over it.

You would need to pry the keys from my cold dead fingers. TC is nice if you want a sedan, i dont know why you would want a sedan, but if you did.....maybe if you had no family, no friends, no hobbys, no life..........

I have no need for a sports car, so I will stick with my xB. Unless Scion comes out with a new model down the road which totally blows the xB away I will be keeping the xB.

I could have gotten the tc but i got the 2005 xb instead. The reason why I chose the xb over the tc was because it is more unique. Although the tc is an awsome looking car i dont find it that differant from some other cars.

i was at the dealer the day they first got the TC, i drove it around.. it was pretty nice, so i was joking with my sales guy about trading in my xb for it, and he actually said that he would give me MSRP for the xB.....i was tempted, but couldn't do it because i love the lunch box so much.

ok. there is no car comparable to the xB.... the element is crap so it doesnt even get close... now with the tC there are like what...5 cars that are an exact copy of it.

so the xB is the only car for me (for now).

The thought never even crossed my mind. They are completely different and will tend to appeal to different people, IMO
