Anybody have one? I'm just curious how the transfer to the rear looks and if it is still torsion beam or not.

tundra parts. any truck except for the honda ridgeline is a body on frame chassis type. the xb is not body on frame...... it is unibody.

find a old suzuki samurai, stretch the frame a bit and drop the body of the xb on it, with some mods to the floor pans/firewall. should be about as easy as pie :}

 

It's been done but with a BroncoII frame. Can't find the pics though.

Someone sent me a picture last year in my private messages of the Toyota bB awd rear suspension. If I remember correctly it uses a solid rear axle with a triangulated 4 link. It also uses a coil-over shock/strut setup in the rear that uses the same upper mount as our shocks.

Maybe if I find some time I can try and dig through my messages to find the pic.
