Horsepower
hey everyone im trying to build some HPs keepin the engine NA i got a intake and exhaust so far. and i need to keep the car road legal. im gonna get the crank shaft pulley soon is there anything else that can help me build some HPs?
Chances are that you are going to get lit up for not searching.
Most people, like yourself, go for the IHE combo and the pulley set really helps as well. You can do the who S-pipe deal for a couple more HP, but it's tough to get a lot of HP without going F/I.

If you have a Intake your not Road Legal, there are no approved intakes for the tC. Go for a Header, S-Pipe, Mid-Pipe to finish off your exhaust. Big Bore Throttle Body, there are plenty of parts out there for making HP.
It depends on where you live. Here, I can run an intake, any exhaust within noise limits, any header, etc.. because they do not require emissions checks on vehicles.. or even inpections at all.. so you dont have to worry about it. If you are in cali you are probably getting bent over trying to make it fun and legal.. so check you local requirements first.
the only car i seen with cams like with auto timeing is the Nissan Sentra SER Spec V cam shaft by nismo lucky punks i cant wait in till some 1 make cam shafts for our car trust me ill be 1 of the first 1 to buy it put them on will take like a 6-8hour installation
I/H/E
pullies
ported head
lighter flywheel
engine management to play w/ fuel + timing map
higher compression pistons
that's about as far as your going to get N/A. roughly i'd says that would net you around 200 or so whp.

NA would be hella fun to build. I could care less about having the "fastest" car.. hell if I did it sure wouldnt be a fwd 4 banger.
I dont know which route I will go.. I have about a year to get other priorities out of the way.. marriage and buying a house.. so I have some time to think about it anyway. I will probably just go with a turbo setup on this car. But NA would be fun. Also keep in mind that if you can do it right and come out with a nice power curve, you will have a nice running car. And it would be fun to build. But I already have a NA project in mind for me.... but it is an NA 572 chevy :D

Jajaja, The fun part is that with some changes, I can rapidly turn it into a good turbo car. Bit of alot of money there, but I didn't say I would do it tomorrow. But with good planning it can be done.

Actually here is only the first year ou don't have to do the smog, At the second year you have to do the smog. But still the laws here are not HARDCORE at the smog part.
