anyone else have this problem?
I bought the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs for my low beams... and at least 3 times a day/night I get people flashing their brights at me like Im driving with mine on.... its starting to ____ me off. sometimes I'll even flash mine back at them, and they STILL flash their lights at me...
am I missing something here?
oh yeah... wtf is " ICE "

As long as you just installed the bulbs, the adjustment shouldn't be out.. but you can always check it.. trdsparks.com has a pdf for how to check the alignment of the headlights.
Link to checking tc headlight alignment.. http://www.trdsparks.com/install/tCHdlightAdj.pdf
For mine, i've had idiots flashing me just cuz their ____ed off that the factory bulbs are too bright..
And I know that my headlights are adjusted fine from the factory.. already checked them.. nice and straight.. the tc has an excellent headlight, brightest ones i've ever had on a car.. so for me, i'm glad to have bright headlights and these are just the factory bulbs!
oh and..
ICE = In-car entertainment

Yeah I get that problem sometimes too. Most of the time I just ignore them, but sometimes it bugs me and I give them the High beams back to show that I'm on my lows.
I too only have the factory bulbs on right now, I guess I'll be getting more flashing high beams at me when I replace them. I was thinking of getting silverstars when ever it's time to change them.

People are morons. There's not much you can do about it.
If they'd look at the headlight housing, it's obvious you don't have your hi-beams on. It's not a Saturn.
But, if it bothers you that much, check your headlight adjust and see if you need to lower it a little.
I still have people hi-beam me occasionally, and I think it's laughable. With all the people driving around with retina-scarring HID's, and raised trucks with un-adjusted super-bright headlights, I should be the last person they pick on.
But, people are generally idiots.

i've had silver stars... and now i have hid's... only one time has someone high beamed me... but i'm not even 100% sure if they did or not.. cuz i think they may have gone over a dip inthe road.
I get flashed a lot.
I flash them back...or just turn on the high beams and let them take it.
The second one is reserved only for SUV's that would blind me with any lights when they're behind me.
