Well i got my superchager on thursday installed and then went autocrossing saturday. All in all i think its worth it. The fact that your getting a warranty and some kind of boost is very nice. As others would say go turbo, but I think autocrossing wise a supercharger is good just cause of no turbo lag and the power pretty much even throughout.

haha actually my driving reallllly sucked. I need way better brakes and I need to learn how to control the speed/power of the S/C lol I was all over the place. Pratice makes perfect I guess thanks for the comment

Kanundrum, how much did you pay for the supercharger + install? Also, what kind of exhaust are you runnin? That Sh**t sounds clean.

 

exhuast is trd. doesnt add crap wortha power but sounds hella nice. supercharger = 3k install = 510

Did you get installed at the dealer or a local shop? I called my dealer and they're telling me I have to install it with them for $3,900 or else my warranty is worth crap. That made me re-think my decsion to get the SC. Any advice on this? Thanks man.

I got mined installed at the dealer. Basically go to scion.com and get a list of dealers in like a good 50 mile radius and find out who is the cheapest. Thats what I did. Make sure you ask them a few questions like do they have the reflash tool and do they know that they have to take off the oil pan. It basically tells the level of competance they have lol.
