wipers, shade and spoiler were all options on that model year Topaz, They were only available on the LX models that came with the high output 2.4L.

they are morrons, i seen worse on cars. ive seen a toyota carrolla 15" chrome rims, big a$$ wing that looked like it stood about 4 feet tall and the muffler that placed almost level with the back seat. and man when she took off sounded like a weed whacker/ lawn mower. i think that girl must of had her bf put that one togather lol.
