OMG,

There are 2 10mm on the inside...you have to open the grills with the tabs on the inside by the speaker grill. use an elbow joint and an extension...also push against from the outside as you loosen the 10mm nuts...

Okay you can do it this way then. But its much more time cosuming...

There are some allen-heads on the top that the cargo net hooks are held with. take them off. take off the black piece of trim thats around the hatch latch. then you can just fold it back some and you will be able to see them.

Sorry, couldn't resist.

There is a small access panel on each side, remove this panel. Now you can get to the 2 10mm nuts. Disconnect the connector for the wiring and that is it.

Dont worry, the first time I tried to take out my tails I couldnt figure it out right away either. Once I did figure it out I dropped the nuts down into the side panel. They were a total biotch to get outta there. I see your concerns...

Go to TRDSPARKS.com and search for the Euro taillight. There is a link to pdf instructions.

took me awhile to find out how to remove the rear tail light as well so i understand where you coming from. there are 2 10mm bolts that hold up the light. Just remove the plastic cover first. Feel where the 2 bolts are at just unscrew those with your socket and your set. Good luck
