Default Anyone with a CF lip spoiler, need some help

Had the car in the garage installing some TRD springs. Went to closed the door and forgot my hatch was still up. Will now I have a sratch on the hatch. So I was thinking of getting the CF spoiler and was wondering if it will cover the sratch. So if someone could measure the space between the window and the spoiler, I would be thankful.
Heres a pic of the hatch

Also, would it just be cheaper to have it painted?

thanks for the replies. Im going to the dealer for a wheel alignment so I'll ask how much to fix the scratches. If its to much I'll just get the CF lip spoiler. As for the hatch cover, I was thinking of just putting a fake CF overlay until I have the money for a real CF replacement.
By the way will the OEM size fit or would I have to get the bigger lip?
