Default Megan Exhaust Dyno Numbers

I was wondering if anyone has done a dyno on the megan drift spec exhaust?

If not, how about the OEM style megan exhaust?

I did a search and I couldn't find any information.

I'm guessing the drift spec should gain a few more then the OEM style just because how it's setup.

well guys i did a dyno today...well actually yesterday. anyways i have the megan drift spec, alphawerks header, zpi s-pipe (that i finally got to fit), and k&n cai. the temperature was 110+ degrees out in Santee and my car threw down 157 hp and 152 tq.

Yea but that does not tell us how much your exhaust gained... You have too many mods for us to estimate. You should have done a before and after run...

well my stock dyno was really low...it was at 125 hp and 132 tq.

my car was at the shop for over a week and i had put it back to stock the night before the dyno day so that's why my numbers are pretty low.

Strange.. tC stock is about 155-160hp and about 165-167tq.. how is yours only 125?

well his 125 is probably to the wheels, you gave crank hp.
Are you automatic or manual? Those are more like automatic numbers but is still very low

most stock dynos have shown anywhere from mid 120s up to i've seen 140, so that seems about right.

my car is a manual tranny. it was pretty bad watching the car dyno after all of these high horsepower domestics throwing down 400+ hp.

Maybe your ecu was still adjusting to the changes since you switched everything back to stock the night before.

yeah i was kinda like...that's not my car haha. atleast this time around it wasn't as bad. i can jokingly say now that my car gained 32 hp to the wheels from I/H/E haha.

WOW 125!? Lowest I have ever seen was 135whp on an automatic and higher was 141 to the wheel in a stick. Dang.

160 is advertised flywheel horsepower. Wheel horsepower on a mustang dyno should be around 127whp, and 135tq.

Your not going to gain much with just a cat back exhaust. its pretty pointless to even concern yourself with numbers.

Its good to see someone with the a similar setup to mine has dynoed. I have full megan and an intake with a light weight crank pulley. I drove my coworkers stock tc yesterday and was extremely dissapointed with it after driving mine for so long. those things are slow without some mods.
