Default Looking for anything cheaper than $154...

Does anyone know where I might buy hotchkis springs for eaither cheaper than $154 or free shipping from any sites? I looked on www.trdsparks.com and www.mcgeorgeparts.com/. I heard great reviews about both sites but since I'm started school again, I have to cut back hours at work So if you know of anything let me know!

That's probably the cheapest you'll find them unless somebody is selling them used or on eBay.

Just remember that after lowering, you are going to need an alignment. Even with the TRD's, it still changes the stance of your car. If you can't afford the springs and an alignment, you are going to be paying even more for a new set of tires.

alignments shouldn;t run $100.....should be closer to $70 without coupons. In FL we have Tires Plus that have $20 off so an alignment comes out to be about $50.

If you have no idea what you're doing the first time it's not real easy. It is very doable though if you have a little help and take your time.

yea the hardest part of the install fort the hotckis springs is the rear because of the dead coils its almost impossible to get a standard spring compressor in there. i had to take the rears to a shop... and i did it on saturday, by time i got to the rears it was 4 pm.... and we all know how many shops are open after 4 on saturday, and open at all on sunday... grrr. i had to wait till monday morning to get it done... right just make sure you take it to someone who knows what their doin, and for a good price, IMO i think 200 is too much.
