well after along weekend i finally decided that its was time to say good bye to the good ol xb it was fun but i now feel i need more power so after buy an 04 1.8t jetta for my wife i decided to trade in the xb for a new gti golf all parts my parts for the xb should be up by the end of the week.

both xb's are gone and after 5 hours in the vw dealership last night we drove off with 2 gti the vw dealer is taking off all the parts ill be posting them up today

gotta love those 1.8T's they get some awsome power from just a chip and basic bolt ons!

my wifes is a 05 5 speed gti its a dark blue right now im in a 04 gray gti until my red 06 comes in sorry about no pics like i said we didnt leave the dealer till after 10 last night we spent 5 hours their last night their were tring to get me to get this other red 06 gti but it had a bunch of stuff i didnt want so i had to order it

Dude i was looking at your PW xB and your hood dampers are installed backwards. The rod should be on the hood side and the housing should be on the fender side. The instalation manual says that this could cause a gas leak. Just FYI.

yeah i know i just wanted to be different thats all i was fully aware of this and switched them around the right way when i got rid of it ....... and i talked to my sales man again and i was wrong i got 12350 for the xb but when i got a blue book value it is only worth 9000 and some change mine had alot of miles 35'xxx but i also got a really good deal on both as well

Damn you you got taken I traded in my 04 Xb for and 06 and walked away with 10500 and it had 36**** miles Also My wife Drives a 05 GTI Jetta and they are the Worst Vehicle i have ever owned in the Winter . awesome dude! I love the new GTI I want one so bad. I was saving up for one and got a reckless ticket and couldnt afford the insurance so I got the xB instead. Very badass little car. shoulda got black!!
