I "built" my scion at scion.com. My accessories totalled $1,557:

ped spoiler
fog lights
ipod/sat radio

Do the dealers add sales tax and/or installation costs to the accessories or will this be the exact price I pay?

You will be taxed but should get installed for free if you buy from the dealer. I bought accessories (strut bar, intake, TYC tails) from a dealer on line out of state and did not have to pay the tax. The dealers here offer free sat radio every so often--you might check on that.
