Just put on the new grill. Wanted to show you guys before the mods move it to the tC Owner's Lounge.

What did you use? is it Gutter guard? please tell me you didn't pay like $60 bucks for the stuff at AutoZone

It's made by a company called Fig, and before you jump down my throat....I didn't pay much for it. Made some trades with the guy and got it pretty cheap. It is really good quality though, much thicker then any gutter guard, custom built for the tC. He makes them for a bunch of different cars. I think he is kind of expensive at full price, but for what I got it for, not bad at all.

Yeah, but thank god I didn't pay full price for it. Fits great though and super easy install. Took maybe 15 minutes to put it in, the rest was taking the bumper on and off.

 

So, driving home some soccer mom ran over some aluminum siding and kicked it up in the air. This is what she did:



After abougt two minutes of adjusting I was able to get it back to somewhat normal. Just wanted to show the durabilty of these grilles.

 

Situations like this make me wish there were $20 cars.

anyways, fitmet was a B+. I had to do a little bending of the upper grill so I didnt have an overly large gap at the sides. Other than that, it fit fine. The lower grille fit great even with my abs dynamics lip on there.

I'm happy with them :D
