Default I HAVE $1500 TO SPEND!!!!

Alright people i can into some money so i want to do as many power mods as possible for the $$$. I already have Intake, headers, flywheel, crank pulley, exaust(on its way). Im thinking of getting an oversized throttle body, alternator and w/p pulleys, and Greddy fuel injectors (dont know much about fuel injection so any advice would be helpful). What do you guys recommend!!?

Nice set of tires and wheels would help put the power to the ground. Like the Axis Hiro wheel with some sticky tires. Ingall's engine dampener works wonders with getting the power down as well.

What about a torque damper? I know it helps to put more power to the wheels.

Guess we both thought of that damper at the time I was editing my post to include it. It changed my car completely. I was unable to boost down bumpy roads till I installed it. It felt like the axels could snap.

lighter wheels and tires is all you can do now. an overbored throttle body won't do you a damned thing.

I'd say save your money for forced induction, rainy day, or something.

I was wondering if there was a specific reason why you wanted new fuel injectors? are you going FI really soon? If you arent, there isnt really a point and would bring down your MPG for little or no HP increase....... Hopefully you are planning for a turbo (being that the TRD S/C has new injectors already)

as I said, injectors alone without forced induction will give you no advantage. Especially since the ECU is tuned for the stock injectors..... now if you were to get an emanage ultimate... thats another story, because if you get it tuned with the new injectors then you would gain a little power. Otherwise, it would be a waste of money to get those injectors.

it'd still be a waste of money. you'd net <5hp and decrease your gas mileage for the price of new injectors and an emanage.

Yea im planning on turbocharging it soon. i just want to get all the little things done first before i get it. I want to add as much things as possible that will help me then. Even if i only get a few hp and trq gains now, i know that when i go f/i i will make a big difference.

if you do go F/I then injectors with an emanage ultimate would be the way to go, I got mine from dezod being the price was pretty good and they are on the forum so you can get help / ask questions.

So what do you think about the torque damper and pullies then? I have a light weight crank pulley right now but im thinking of getting a underdriven one . I hear there better than just light weight pullies if your turbocharging your engine.

a few corrections... we have a headeR no headerS... we only have one exhaust manifold... two injectors are a bad idea and save your money for when you're actually getting the turbo, keep in mind our stock injectors can handle up to 6.5 psi from a 16g turbo (ZPIs stage 0) I think for what you're running right now your stock injectors are more than ample... three axis hiros are NOT a good set of rims to get to go faster, had em on mine and felt like lead weights, I actually went back to stockies because they were so bad, there is a guy selling a set of volks in the classifieds, now those are light weight rims and will get you movin better... i wouldn't get an underdrive crank pulley nor would i get any pulley at all unless you have a dampener on it, the harmonic vibrations which aren't "lessened" can have strange unforeseen effects, why do you think twin turbo supras putting down 850whp use the stock pulley???? as far as the alternator and water pump pulleys those are both good ideas... if you do get the NX kit definitely get it tuned or with our pistons you WILL eat a motor... its not a matter of if... its a matter of when... check out "the coolest pic on SL" thread under forced induction and you'll see my internals... oversized throttle body is definitely pointless however maybe some porting now that would be a good way to go and would be relatively cheap, another option for you is is since you already have pretty much every bolt on available for our car is get the ZPI stage 1 head and buy an emanage and tune it you'll get an easy 15-30 whp with your current set up and tuning with that head, plus part of getting that ported n polished head is that the gains you get from it now while NA will only multiply with boost
