View Full Version : Factory Service Manual? Kodokan_4 11-21-2003, 11:36 PM Is there a (factory) service manual available for the xA? -Pete quadraphonic 11-22-2003, 04:09 AM I've seen it on eBay once or twice.. buying from Scion would be pretty costly.. probably over $100US. sithscripter 11-22-2003, 04:38 AM From Scion.com: Scion publications, including Owner's Manuals, Repair Manuals, and Wiring diagrams may be purchased from our Material Distribution Center or your local Scion dealership. To contact our Material Distribution Center, please call 800-622-2033 or 310-761-9400 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. They quoted me about $130 for the xB manuals. Prob'ly about the same for the xA. quadraphonic 11-22-2003, 04:44 AM If you have engine related questions I can help you out.. I have a 2003 Echo Repair Manual. xBguy 11-22-2003, 06:29 AM check here http://www.scionlife.com/store/catBooks.shtml kinda pricey but I hear its cheaper than the dealerships. Phishin_Osky 06-21-2004, 04:26 AM It would be nice to have a package deal for both books and a ODB II tester. studentper 06-25-2004, 08:30 PM someone posted this awhile ago, but... http://techinfo.toyota.com/ it has all the service manuals, wiring diagrams, tsbs, and installation instructions for accessories. on a completely unrelated note, under new features for the 2005 xA, it states the brake control system comes with "ABS with EBD, BRAKE ASSIST, TRAC and VSC). Do we have all this stuff? I know it has ABS, but didn't know all the other stuff. XBman 06-25-2004, 09:23 PM seems a bit too high 130 bucks! George 06-26-2004, 08:23 AM seems a bit too high 130 bucks! It's a big book and very detailed. If you're willing to read and have the tools, this book will show you how to do just about anything. |
