I have a set in the garage. Too bad the back housing was damaged in shipping. Yes they are expensive and hard to find. I am trying to splice the Japan and US harness to make all the lights work properly.

i googled and found this cool TRD Sports M package for the bB. check it out: http://www.pbase.com/nelsonchen/2005_toyota_bb_ncp_15_automatic

it has the HID's, new grill, TRD wheels, and other random stuff. notice how the speedo styling (in kmph of course) and dash is different too ...

X Version is the trim type. Just different added options to the bB. I think 1,500 option MyBox was talking about was in Japan when you bought the car new. If I'm not mistaken he was selling several sets.

They sell harness kits to wire them up to the U.S. harness (headlights) but I had to rewire my turn/parking light to make those work as the Japan headlight only uses a single filament bulb for a turn signal. I'm planning to rewire it so it can be both a turn/parking light again.

No pics here of them installed since I have to repair mine. I got mine from a friend overseas who was going with a new headlight design. You can get them from an importer, but they do tend to cost a bit of money.

sorry, don't have any pics available right now. planning to get my grille painted and then i'll probably be taking some snaps but that isn't till later. you can however find pics of them on the car like the Fabulous car or even the D.A.D. car listed below. there are several other manufacturer shop demo cars that have them, it's just too subtle to notice unless you're looking for it.

D.A.D. LX bB (http://www.garson.co.jp/catalog/dad/car/graphic_folder/l015-016.jpg)

i got my set from a friend in Japan. unless it comes with the wiring harness you'll need to convert the wiring to work with your stock headlight wiring (along w/ the turn/parking signal lights). it can get quite expensive this way. not to mention you also have the headlight adjustment wiring if you wanted that feature (which you can do manually). price can range anywhere from $300-800 or so + SHIPPING for a USED set depending on condition.

try PM "MyBox". he was selling several "plug & play" sets.
