First of all, i'd like to introduce myself. I'm greg and my girlfriend is actually the one with the xA. I drive an integra.

Anyways. I grow tired of the factory look on my gf's xA. There is a very small selection of body kits for it so I considered fabricating my own for her car. I have some experience with fiberglassing but never anything as extensive as body work. I want to make a simple lip kit that goes all the way around just so it flows with the road better.

Right now as far as materials go, i'm looking for a good foam to use to make a base shape which i will then shave down and fiberglass over. I'm finding it hard to find a good foam to use.... and I don't want to spend too much on this.

Can anybody help me as far as finding good prices on materials, especially the foam?
