Default Need some help with odd noises, and warranty

I wasnt sure where to post this, so I figured in here would be okay because it was for a tC.

I noticed last night driving hom from a friends that my car was making funny noises. It happens mostly when I turn even slightly to the left, put my clutch in, or at speeds over about 30mph. It sounds like something is stuck to my front tires, and is hitting the wheel well when it goes around, so I stopped at a gas station and checked all my tires, and nothing turned up. Since that wasnt it I decided to check my tire pressure, and evened them all out to 31psi. That didn't help out much either.

I was on my way outside to try and see if putting a spare on would help out when a friend came over, and told me it might be my CV's, Upper and Lower Control Arms, or ball joints.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem before, or knows what it could be. And if my warranty would cover it, I've had the car for under a year.

Thanks in advance guys, I appreciate any replies.

Definitely take it to a dealer and have them check it out. They'll let you know what the problem is, and whether or not it's covered under warranty.

Have you made any suspension changes or anything? Lowering springs? Sway bars? Etc? Not that they sound like the actual problem, but could become a factor when trying to get it covered by warranty. Just so you know ahead of time that is...

But definitely still take it in.

xWuko, up ^ when you highlight the grey "forums" button, and highlight the "tC owner's lounge", 6 more tC forums will show. You can decide where to post based upon what looks most relevant. This post might be better served in the tC suspension & handling forum, as others may have had a similar experience. But like ack154 wrote, "definitely take it in".

With regard to your warranty question this link may help:

I haven't made any aftermarket upgrades at all, not even TRD. So if they try screwing me out of a warranty, it's gotta be for something else. And thanks for that link surfcity40, made things a bit more clear as to how the warranty voids.

I'll be taking it in on probably Monday, and getting it checked out. I'll be sure to let everyone know, incase they have the same problem I'm running into
