The mica is a really dark gray.

Honestly, from more than 10 feet away I can't tell the difference. I went with the black because I was afraid the gray would come off looking like a dusty black car.

I was the same way, I thought the black and the mica were very close in colour. I got the mica because it had sirius and radio controls on the wheel. I will tell you though that I think my xb looks green some days but most days it looks grey to black.

Since we are talking about colours, does anyone know where I can get some shadow mica touch up paint? Im up here in Canada so it is not a colour that I can find. Thanks!

Yeah I would hit up the dealer except im in Canada and toyota doesn't officially sell the scion here yet. I will check with my local Toyota dealer to see if they can order it in for me.

Shadow Mica was also available on the Matrix, so a Canadian Toyota dealer should have it...

Does anyone have a picture of the mica in light? After clicking back and forth on the scion page I think the mica is almost different and maybe what I want, but I still can't tell. The dealer near me only has a BSP and a salsa to look at.

Do paintscratch.com for touch up, they custom mix it to match your car.

Dealer touch up never looks the same. Its very crappy.
