I put $500 down but I was upside down in my trade so it worked out to where the $500 was paying the difference in my trade, so I financed the whole amount of the xB. My payments are $277/month for 72 months.

I put down $10750 in cash and trade and over 36 months that makes my payments $173. Crazy that I'm paying more for insurance - $200.

Sounds about right. I got everything on it (ie spoiler, fogs, 6 disc changer, etc), plus rims and the scotchguard stuff. All those accessories add up quick. :?

I put $1500 down on my 2005 Xb
$278 for 60 months, I am actually paying $500 a month, so I should pay it off sooner.

Full coverage insurance is $270 for a six month period. $250 deductible.
It's nice to be 33 years old sometimes.

Cost of a new Scion xB: $14,850
APR (w/ bad credit rating) : 12%
Years Financed: 5
Money Down $3000
Monthly payment: $281

Knowing that you can refinance in 6 months for a lower APR and in less than 5 years you own the car.

Priceless.

20,800 out the door. WAY upside down in my trade, got all the accessories, except the LED's, terrible credit. $475 month, worth EVERY penny!

Good thing, though. Insurance only went up $12. Taxes went down $100.
Plus the cool factor---PRICELESS!
