a long time ago while lurking around the scionlife forums I could have sworn I saw an xB or bB with landau bars can some one direct me to that thread or post a pic and info on where I can get something like that.

I don't recall landau bars for the window in either of the bibles, but this is from the bible. It's kindasortanotreally what you're talking about :?

Nah, you probably saw it somew where, those Japanese do some crazee sh!t to their rides.
As far as doing it yourself, you could have a window replacement made from sheetmetal or ABS or something (talk to a custom/street rod shop) and then put the landau bars on yourself or have the shop put them on.
As far as a kit is concerned, you're probably screwed. :?
