Default Just break the damn window already.!! (now with pics)

I AM SO FURIOUS.!!

SOME IDIOT TRIED TO BREAK INTO MY BOX.!! Emphasis on TRIED, they didn’t get anything!

I guess this person didn’t break into cars very often, they tried to pry the passenger door open with a fricken screwdriver. Yeah… that’s right… a screwdriver! I guess they never heard of the term “smash and grab!”They didn’t just do it in one place on the doorframe. They had to try to do it in 14 places along the door! It bent/dented the metal, chipped/scratched the paint and tore the rubber water seal. You can’t see it from a distance, but when you walk closer to the box, it looks like snot! Like a Wolverine wannabe tried to get in!

I just got my part-time job back at Suncoast in the Rosedale Mall, so I park in the specified employee parking area. A well lit area, just no surveillance cameras. Security can’t do crap! Without catching the culprit, there is nothing that they can do. This sucks… now I have to repair it before I can do the custom paint.

Before anyone asks, YES the alarm was armed. Since then, I have re-adjusted the sensors so that if a bird shat on the box, the alarm would go off. Must not have gone off at all or soon enough.

If it was someone that reads this forum… just break the damn window next time! Get what you need and leave. It is easier to replace the glass then to repair the metal.

Sorry to hear about that, Rob. What has the world come to when thieves can't even break into a car correctly!?!?!

Yeah... it was there. Chris and I drive the same way home since we work near eachother in St. Paul. He told me all about it while we were stuck in traffic one day.

Al long as the store manager is not there, I might be able to hook you up with my discount.

Damn dude that sucks. I used to work there in college. I had some of those plastic rim covers stolen when I worked there...they only stole 3 too WTF.

I recommend parking at the top around the ruby tuesdays or whatever restaurant that is, at the corner of the Macy's. Allot of foot traffic there. Allot of eyes.

CORRECTION to the first post! It must have happen in my own driveway the day before I worked at Rosedale because this is what I woke up to this morning!

Not only did they have to destroy the car to get my stereo equipment, but they had to vandalize my car and my niegborhood! Worst of all, that chemical inside the ABC extinguisher will eat at all of my electronical components if not 100% cleaned from out of my car!

Always great to wake up to a crime scene in your what you thought safe driveway! Someone will be missing their hands by the end of the week if I have it my way!

that is so messed up!!! if they know where you live, then you probably know who they are, that's if it's the same people that did both things. i hope that nothing is permanently ruined due to the fire extinguisher.

Worst of all... I was just told that the car should be "totaled out" due to the extinguisher being discharged in the car! There are some chemicals in there that will eat any and all electronics if not cleaned properly. I will definitely have electrical problems down the road. This really, really sucks!
I'm going hunting tonight! Anybody want to join in?
