Default Flywheel *after* TRD SC - Any caveats?

Just what the topic says.... Any caveats to having a flywheel installed *after* the Supercharger? Has anyone done it? What's different about the install?

I did the Fidanza flywheel and clutchmasters stage 2 after the supercharger...lemme just tell you, the flywheel is amazing with the blower...quicker revs=faster spool times...add a NST lightweight crank pulley and you are really cooking

How long does the install take roughly for someone competent? Do you have to yank anything supercharger related?

well the supercharger bolts to the transmission bolts, so you will have to remove the charger.

Define competent. Are you planning on doing this yourself in your driveway? It is highly advisable to let a shop with air tools and a lift perform this install. You have to remove the subframe from the car to remove the transmission. You will also need to support the supercharger and shaft assembly because the mounting bracket attaches to the transmission housing. Overall not much more complicated but not something that is recommended without a lift, other people, and air tools.

Competent in this context means: Moonlighting Toyota Technician with a garage attached to his home that puts his own employer's to shame

He's got the car now

That's cool that you have someone to help you out. I only ask because to some competent can mean "I have installed neons and an intake."
