one way to do it...
Have the picture hosted on somewhere like photobucket or yahoo photos and then use the box at the top of the box when you are typing your new post and put the link to the picture in between two of the Img boxes it would look like this in your typing:

[Img]https://www.example.com

and once you click submit you will be able to see your image in the post

As to pics, here's the "short form" answer:

First any pic you want to include MUST be somewhere on the internet, not just on your computer. If it is on the 'net, it will have a URL.

Let's say the pic's URL is tijil.org/Vanilla_sig.gif

First, put http:// in front of it: http://tijil.org/Vanilla_sig.gif

Then enclose that complete address between mg] and [/img] like so:

http://tijil.org/Vanilla_sig.gif

When that is included in your post, a browser will show the image when the post is looked at. :)

Like that. :D
