Default Low Profile Front Fender/Bumper bolts?

I'm sure that I am not the only person with low offset wheels experiencing tire contact with the gigantic factory bolts that hold the front portion of the fender and the upper portion of the front bumper (nice run-on sentence).

Has anyone replaced this with a lower profile or smoother bolt? My tires have HUUUGE gashes out of the side of the tread from contact with the bolts. I could care less about these tires, but I want to fix this issue before I move onto my new set.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

rummage through Home Depot or similar hardware stores. they're bound to have something slim or rounded style heads that'll fit. maybe even those hex key type bolts.

Yup, you can find countersunk screws at homedepot, Bring in one of the OG screws so you can match up the sizes.
