My ghettofab damper fits just fine as well.

does any of your setups rub a little on the hood liner ? I have a tanabe bar and etd and it rubs not bad but enough to show on the liner a little. I was thinking of getting the trd bar instead.

I took one of these off my car...you can click on my cardomain site to see picks of it. I got some weird resonating sound through the car. Pure freaky stuff. I searched on this forum and others had this issue. It made me feel like I was driving a diesel. Just be aware...I regret many things I blew cash on.

Strut bar though is always a good buy.

ok, my question to you guys is, if you have a strut bar, in my case a dc sport, and wanna get a damper, i see how it fits over the right side tower, but now do i need to put a spacer on the left side to level out the strut bar or?...

It's a Fox Vanilla Float air-adjustable MTB shock. The heart of the Ghettofab Engine Torque Damper.

phoenix, I just put a washer on each stud on the non-damper side to level it out.

I was just building beefier brackets for my damper (to allow me to preload the damper), and had to drive for a full day without the damper installed... I don't know how I lived without it. Right back to herky jerky land.

I didn't go with an Ingalls or MMW because of cost (primarily), and I don't care for the type of dampers they use-- they both do a fine job of transmitting vibrations into the cabin. With an air charged damper, very little vibration comes through into the car.

I was just looking for crisper shifts in everyday driving-- and in that application, by setup works wonderfully.
