Well I just got my 4 point roll cage mounted and installed at HIN Los Angeles hopefully a few of you saw it.... It still need to get firmware to finish the welding on the cage to the frame... this is the first production model made and plenty are being made as we speak.. they custom powdercoat it to the color u guys want. Also there will be templates on how to properly cut ur rear fabric inserts to allow it to sit flush and clean in the car.

The bottom and middle bars are removable as well as the rear side bars.. i don't have the bolts properly in the middle and top bars since i still have to take this cage to get welded up to the frame.

It goes around the rear seats and follows along the rear hatch side panels so it doesn't go through the rear seat panels fabric like autopowers.

The removeable connections are unique, there solid metal and very strong.

also the front seats are fully reclineable as well and the rear seats still fold down.

so tell me what u guys think.

Pure Sweetness and Many Kudos to you,the providers of the roll cage, and to you again for such a gorgeous girlfriend. Let's hope we don't hear a story from you that the roll cage does indeed work, heh.

Do you have anymore pics of your GF?

JK! :P

The cage looks cool, but can you school me on the benefits of a roll cage?

I like the rear design concept, but instead of a small hole in the rear panels next to the seats, you lose your rear trunk cover and have to modify your trunk panels significantly, much more than the little hole I have...

nice looking, glad to see something else out there roll bar wise...

This thread covers some of the reasons roll bars are neccesary... especially if running seats and harnesses.

I wanted to upgrade seats and harnesses, and knew to do it safely, I'd need a roll bar setup...

so whats the point of a roll bar if you still have stock seats though...im still kinda confused even after reading that...

Not too much of a point, other than looks and body stiffening, and neccesity if your running REALLY fast for NHRA, but that's REALLY fast and you'd most likely need seats and harnesses at that point anyways.

I'm sure he's building up the car, so this is a great step.

If you have af rollcage, more than likely you're not going to carry passangers of more than yourself and your lady. Get the lady to buy the family mover. >:P Those Mazda cX-7 's are looking pretty pimp, and it's boosted!

this role cage is made so that if you want to take off all the parts except the loop you can so you can comfortable sit people in the back not a problem and we color it to whatever color you want

With both the firmware and the Autopower you should be able to use the back seats without a problem... My horizontal and cross bar are removable, as their bars are removable as well... so you should be good there...

^ Firmware, please look into sponsorship with Scionlife, as you must be a SL sponsor to post prices or sell commercially, (It's quite reasonable to be a month to month sponsor as well)

but if you cut through the panel you would not be able to put a bigger speaker in the back mid section like a 8 inch mid bass and you wont be able to get our cf back rear panels.

No need for CF on the interior... LoL... the plastic is light enough... the side panel is a little troublesome to get off now, but nothing hideous...

I like that design, would like to see what the trunk cover and trunk trim pieces look like with this kit as well...

it is nice to see something besides autopower. looks good. it wouldnt work for me cause of how my system is fiberglassed, so my autopower bar works perfect for me.

get some padding on the main hoop (bar on the roof of the car) for just incase.

also, wedrivescions, they are a sponsor of these boards, lebeastman is the owner of the company, and he has the "sponsor" logo underhis name. you can verify this information in the sponsored sales section where they are selling their fiberglass and CF parts.

i will let you know in advance, when u get this padding, it will be VERY hard, and you will say "wtf... this is padding?" and i asked the same thing, but i was talking to a few professional drivers, and the guy who works at safe drives, and they all said this is the best padding on the market

it is thick and hard.... VERY HARD. but i assume in very high impact (lets hope that doesnt happen) it will do well when a head hits it. so they (and test) say
