auto or manual?

This is what a dealer told us, but we had it fixed locally, and the owner of that shop refuses to let them fix it, because he thinks it's not the transmission. It's getting on my nerves. My car is currently at a dealer again.

My tC is the first car I ever drove that wasn't an auto. I can never go back. I drive my gf's automatic Corolla every now and then...and not having power when I want it drives me absolutely crazy.
you might as well buy a civic or corolla if you want an auto... your wasteing your money as it takes 95% of the sportiness out of the car, not to mention added weight... more money... and more things to go wrong
go with a manual....theres no better feeling when you've put your first bolt on, rev your engine, and have that great "race car" sound......plus with a manual, you have much more control (ie braking, gearing down, handling, drifting, etc)....and even in traffic its not that much of a hassle, as long as you love your car, then a manual is the way to go.....to do a tranny swap....you first need to find a tranny that would fit.....i know guy here in so cal, that would do the labor for a little over a thousand....and a good tranny would run a little under a thousand....
