This may be a stupid question, but I was wonderign if there is anyway to change the pioneer color? Its orange now, but I swear I have seen screenshots where they are blue/purple... how is that?? DOes anyone know how to change them?

as far as i know, only 6disc has color change
not single
there should be a button (C) that is for color change, if there is no C button
you can't change color

 

mine is a single disc and if you're talking about the stock radio then if you bought the upgraded one (think it was $200 w/ipod cap.) you can change the color by pressing some button...damn i don't know what it is unless im looking at my radio. i will find out....

you can swap out leds to another color.. that's about it.

 

I think you might be able to do it, but I donno how. I've also seen a pic of stock radio w/ blue lighting in the Scion website. I know the Scion radio have alot of hidden stuff you can do.

 

You are not missing anything. These are NOT really colors, ACID? Passion? Right, what color is Crimson? Colors are like blue, red & green.
I am color blind and I can see them all.
There is a mixer setting that changes the screen from one alediged color to another, but not fast enough.
This unit is often on E-Bay for $80 to $150.
