First let me say that each of these coilovers have different damping and are specifically tuned to the springs they are using. However, as a general rule, a lower spring rate means a softer ride. Also, the numbers published by the manufacturer may not be true in the real world, such as Tein's published numbers for their rear coilover drop. As such, the numbers below are meant as a guideline and maybe be slightly different when installed.
Second, some of these numbers are from here, some are from the manufacturer's website, and some I got from calling the manufacturer. Hopefully others will find this as useful as I did.
