meh... looks like they are aimed up to me... you say alot of time and effort.. i think the idea is cool only because its not done often.. but i dont see too many other mods on the car to make this one have a friend.. basicly, i woulda bought the factory replacement one on ebay, swapped bulbs, and been happy. but if you want a custom look, then i guess you nailed it.. but never realy liked the idea of parts from other manufactures being retro'd.. but that is me..
very clean install from the picts.. so props on that

i dont like the factory fogz that why i went with this, but yea alot of cutting on the bumper, had to make a custom mount, when all said and done we put it on, the metal that holds the radiator in front came in the way, so we had to trim it off. at first i just wanted to stick projectors in the side vents but oh well might as well do something diff i like it =) drove it to school and some guy thot it was a civic far away but then he realized it was a scion close up.

Looks better matched than most, but the words JDM and tC should never be next to each other... I understand the fogs are JDM, but, ugh... that's a slippery slope...

ill post day pics as soon as i wash my car lol
on the vents my friend practically cut the whole thing off, cuz the housing of the civic foglights were huge, that was the easy part it was the trimming of the fram area that was hard.

OMG! they're nice. I don't like the fact every nice "OEM" looking fog (Is300 for instance) has to cut the bumper to fit em....arrrgggg...

thats sick as hell .. and perfect idea .. i have anold set of piaa oem foglight off of my corolla .. and i think it may be just small enough to work .....

ill just paint the outer portion black

Yeah they really look like they are pointing up instead of down like foglights are supposed to. Its a cool idea, but I dont see what the big deal about factory fogs are. I would much rather have functional, properly working, stock fogs than something I have to hack my bumper for that doesnt fit right and isnt aimed properly.

x2.
tC and JDM shouldn't be placed in the same sentance unless "isn't" is in the middle of them. I think its unique that a Japanese manufacturer put a car on the lot that doesn't have a JDM counterpart. That, and I don't understand the JDM craze. Just my .02
I'm not a fan of the color, but I do give you kudos for clean installation
