Default Help on Progress Rear Sway Bar Endlinks Length

I am about to install my rear sway bar and was wondering how to determine the length of the endlinks. I figure both sides should be the same lenght but could someone recommend the best length of the endlinks. Should the endlinks be vertical as to withstand the least torque during suspension travel? Thanks.

I just installed my progress rear sway bar and had the links on pretty much the shortest setting it could possibly go. I initially had it at the middle setting but the endlink was angled too much and I felt I could still stiffen it up to even out the understeer. Setting it on the stiffest works fine so far. Not too much oversteer and less angle on the endlink.
