Default Stock sideskirt on right side loose...what to do?

I noticed the sideskirt on the right side is loose. I first thought it was due to a missing screw at the back, but when i checked, it's loose all the way down the thing. I can pull it away from the car somewhat. I checked the other side and it appears to have some sort of clips holding it in place. These are missing from the left side entirely. The dealership quoted me $200 for the part and installation. Yikes! I haven't jacked the car up to get a look at the bottom yet, so I figured I'd pose the question here first. What exactly are these clips and is there something I can do to take the place of those instead of shelfing out 200 bucks for them to fix it? I know the easy answer is "buy the parts and install yourself", but I'm wondering if it's something simple or if there's even a cheap workaround to simply hold it in place (short of glueing it). Just being lazy and asking the pros here before I take a look at it myself.

Thanks in advance.

Here's the diagram of where the clips are and how they're installed. This picture is from the LH side but I assume the RH side is the same since the manual did not contain information for the RH side.

I'd order the parts over the phone with the dealer and try and do this yourself. $200 is ridiculous. These parts are probably rubber and plastic aside from the screws. Probably no more than $20.00 in parts. The rest is labor and this is not a 3 hour job.

Find someone on here that can get you the part number, it wasn't listed in the repair manual.
