so i went to the local dealership today to check out what they had in stock, and i found that they had a tC with an underbody kit on the lot. Seeing as i'm dissatisfied with how my front tube was installed, i decided to look like a dork and lay down right there in the shoowroom and check out the installation.

i noticed that the 07 tC that it was installed on had a channel that the tube was sitting in without having to cut any of the undershielding in the front. can anyone with an 07 jack their front end up and take a couple pictures of their front bumper undershielding?

if the 07 undershielding allows for a clean install of an underbody tube, i think i might just have to head over to the dealer

Nope, sorry, its not a clean install. I just got done doing this and unless you want it partially hanging down it wont fit perfectly in the channel.

However, if you feel like cutting part of the plastic in the middle that covers the hook then it will fit perfectly in the middle. I just used a box cutter and cut a small part of the plastic and it fit perfectly.

I dont have any pics though, and my friend is the one with the ramps so I dont think I can get my camera under there, I may go try in a min though.

I guess my camera would fit lol also in advance sorry for the blurry, but my camera was an inch or two from the cuts so it was hard to get right.
