View Full Version : The "KING" or so he liked to be called is dead
kstewart 09-11-2006, 03:54 PM to whom it may concern,
Brian Schriewer has left Pat Lobb Toyota effective 09-05-06. I know that some people still have a bad taste in their mouth from what happened at Toyota of Dallas and wanted everyone to know that we are being headed up by a Robert Laymen from Universal Scion. We are going to do our best to think outside of the box and do things that are origional to the scion market. I dont want any harsh feelings for Brian to be transferd over to Pat Lobb Toyota. If anyone has any Questions comments or Concerns let me know as i was there durring the TOD part all the way to now.
Scott17 09-11-2006, 04:23 PM Welcome to the Scion community.
kstewart 09-11-2006, 04:53 PM well just so you all know me. im kyle and i sold a few of you guys a car in the past. i worked at toyota of dallas for a long time but came to Pat Lobb Toyota due to not agreeing with the GM of TOD (David Kelly). i am very active in the world of custom cars and own a very bright yellow car. i am second in command of my personal car club and will bring everything i have learned there to the scion community. i have nothing but respect for what you guys do with you cars because a car is the best way to put your personality out there..
stick_1NZ 09-11-2006, 04:56 PM It's good talking to you Kyle. Hope this is the beginning of a good relationship between your store and the community. Let me know if I can do anything to help. PEACE. D2E.

SassySkyy 09-12-2006, 12:45 AM Hey Kyle! You and your roommate actually delivered my AP tC to me at my apartment in July after one failed tint job. I can't believe all that has gone down at SOD... What the CRAP?!
Best of luck at the new place!
Jessica
Hurry up and have an event so we can come up and check out this new facility. Now that the King has left the building! Your Grand Opening would have had support if it hadn't been for Brian.

stick_1NZ 09-14-2006, 12:13 AM the "king" came by the store today and talked to the owner of T.O.L. *shakes*  not in our TEAM SOL.

FrankenScion 09-14-2006, 12:20 AM I was clapping because you said he wouldn't work there.
I should have quoted that part, sorry.

Welcome back to the show!!
whatmovesu 09-14-2006, 01:33 AM I wonder if I missed out on a whole lot cause I kinda think it is sad that this guy has to lose his job not once but twice because of a mistake on his part. If I am wrong then clue me in.
Scott17 09-14-2006, 02:00 AM Kenneth, the problem is he could never accept responsibility for the mistakes and apologies were in short supply. If this attitude doesn't change, I predict more challenges in the future.....
Scott17 09-14-2006, 02:03 AM Jon, not fair on the   That's the last thing I want to happen. he won't work at T.O.L.Ned and Brian- The Dream Team!!!           Sorry Ned, couldn't resist!!!!!
whatmovesu 09-14-2006, 02:06 AM Yeah scott your right about the gall to accept your mistakes but losing your job over it kinda sounds harsh. We all gotta eat.
Now this guy is hitting up another scion dealership why doesn't he just sell ford or sumptin else. I don't get it.
Scott17 09-14-2006, 02:09 AM Sometimes when you get hungry you figure out how to act right........
whatmovesu 09-14-2006, 02:13 AM I guess your right. For him prolly desperate times call for desperate measures (like apologizing).
stick_1NZ 09-14-2006, 02:20 AM Jon, not fair on the   That's the last thing I want to happen. he won't work at T.O.L.Ned and Brian- The Dream Team!!!           Sorry Ned, couldn't resist!!!!!
Scott, not funny brosef   That's just so wrong! There will never be a "Dream Team"

gjpjr84 09-14-2006, 02:37 AM he can go sell hyundai.
Scott17 09-14-2006, 02:41 AM Hey, aren't those 15k cars?
whatmovesu 09-14-2006, 02:53 AM I know that moritz BMW is looking for sales.
gjpjr84 09-14-2006, 02:57 AM or Kia "buy one get one free"
stick_1NZ 09-14-2006, 03:02 AM And they come with 200K miles warranty B to B and Powertrain. ^^^^ Kia sells itself.

whatmovesu 09-14-2006, 03:03 AM And they come with 200K miles warranty B to B and Powertrain. ^^^^ Kia sells itself.

why can't toyota do that?? :ponder:
gjpjr84 09-14-2006, 03:03 AM And they come with 200K miles warranty B to B and Powertrain. ^^^^ Kia sells itself.

exactly!
stick_1NZ 09-14-2006, 03:20 AM I'm gonna be honest with you bro. I don't think that it's fair to everyone to see this guy getting employed at another Scion Dealership with the rep in his pocket. I'm just gonna sit and wait what T.O.L.'s decision and go from there.
whatmovesu 09-14-2006, 03:49 AM Well I hope he doesn't ruin what you got going on.
dfwaltima 09-14-2006, 02:24 PM Not for nothing dudes but all sales jobs are number driven, if this guy can pull the numbers, then he will have a job. With his reputation im sure that he might find it a lil hard, but if he pulls them, most sales jobs are just looking at the numbers
06xb30 09-14-2006, 05:35 PM It'a sad to say but Jimmy's right ,it's all about the mighty $$$$$$$
and most dont care how they get it ..
