Any insight or tricks on headlght removal on a 06 xB would be greatly appreciated.

 

two blak tabs holding the grill in pull off.Your going to have to full the front bumper off just a little for the screws hold the lights in there also the two on the top.three bolts hold'em in two on top one below the bumper.GOOD LUCK.
