what up SL. My jeep is getting old and its about ready to die so for the last couple months Ive had my eye on the scion XB.
now my questions are:
-What is better XA or XB?
-What are the pros and cons of manual and auto?

I like the tC. It fits my needs. That's what's important. If your a big 300lb 6ft 8in tall guy, you probably don't want to squeeze into a xa. If you have to move lots of big stuff, then you probably don't want an xa. It's all about your needs.
The engines are basically the same. Basically.
They both have the same warrantee and paint options.
They get about the same mileage.

It's all about what YOU WANT!

In my opinion.........auto is for heavy traffic areas or cruizing. Manual is for RACING.
Some people think that the manual is more fun. I agree. But it does get a bit annoying ALL THE TIME. I went with an auto because I don't race. And while I enjoy shifting, and having that kind of "control", I do get sick of it after a while. I want to just get in my car and go.

Anyother questions?

i personally like the xB better because you can see the roads very much like a jeep and has plenty of head room for a taller person.

the best bet is to test drive a few and see which feels the best to you

Go to the dealer or better yet if you know somebody who has one. Sit in it. See how you fit. If you think you fit well, take her for a spin. I thought it felt weird at first but I got used to it.
