s-pipe
Hello everyone. I have been searching throughout this site trying to find the answer to my questions, but I can't seem to find the right answers
First I plan on buying an injen cai and an axle-back exhaust from precisionmuffler.
Now my question is what kind of effects will installing an s-pipe have on the car? As far as added horsepower and will it affect the sound of the exhaust? If so how?
Thanks a lot!

it did on my exhaust...but i believe i have a small leak around my second resonator....
its not a bad change...makes it a little louder, but not raspy...
as for HP gains, minimal, but with a full-catback, it can help

unsure....axle-backs have little gains...cat-back(like my meagn..sorry, i like it) have better gains...now an s-pipe,miod pipe and axleback, should net you a good, 10 hp max i'd say?
jsut a guess...im not sure

spipe and primary cats are the most restrictive part of your exhaust system and this is were you will see the most gain.
but if you plan on doing an s-pipe I recomend a cat back or mid pipe with your axle back to take advantage of these gains.

The midpipe will make it much louder and raspy... the spipe won't effect tone much at all...
It's due to the removal of the second cat and resonator in the midpipe... I suggest waiting on stock midpipe removal unless you go F/I
