Default O2 Sensor

Anyone know a good place to buy an O2 sensor that goes in the S-Pipe for a good price online. I am trying to install my AEM wideband but the factory O2 is cross threaded in the stock S-Pipe. I have searched but nothing...

I don't think you can outside of an OEM toyota part... I'd try mcgeorges or Sparks toyota for the best deal.

you could always buy an o2 bung and weld in a second sensor. You can leave the OEM one there and simply add the AEM one as a second sensor on the pipe. It'll probably cost you less money, and won't be disconnecting a sensor that's wired to your ECU. That'd be the most effective route.

Have a couple left for $7.50

Let me know if that solves what you're trying to do, if not we can all think of something else

^I was hoping he was just trying to get the spipe off to have the o2 bung welded in and found that problem when trying to disconnect the stock o2

I'd also not suggest removing that sensor as well, as you can keep it there with an antifouler and avoid a CEL, if you remove it, you'll not be able to.

My wideband 02 bung is being welded to my downpipe, about 6 inches under my stock wideband, which should get the most similar readings to what my ECU is.

Sorry that I forgot to mention is that I have the ZPI s-pipe that I am trying to install the wideband into. I already have two bungs on the s-pipe. That is why I am trying to take off the factory O2. I believe Kragen is selling the O2 sensor for about $175. I just want to see if there is a better price online. Thanks guys for the suggestions.

Mine's in the same spot and I think it's an excellent point of reference so good call WDS lol...

As for the placement... I wouldn't go any closer than the stock primary o2 sensor for readings. Some bosch o2 sesnors are sensitive to high high heat, and putting them that close may risk some reliability. That being said, if you're tune running off of A/F readings, than it's important to keep that gauge accurate. One example would be the AEM EMS.

Ohhh gotcha.

I'd ebay it? Look for camry o2 sensors, Scion sensors, and I beleive all new Tundra sensors (I know the primaries are the same). GL man.

I just found out this problem yesterday. My primary o2 sensor was cross threaded as well when I tried to remove it from the stock manifold. The dealer said that the part is not covered under warranty.

Yep 2 of 3 of our tC's were cross threaded on the manifold too. Pricy part too.

To anyone looking Im pretty sure ZPI sells them for a good price.
