Somebody have a pickup or SUV with a hitch that sticks out close by?

Speaking of a hitch, my friends tC got back into the front bumper and there was a perfect cut out of a hitch, nice rounded square, luckily (I guess?) the piece didn't get cut out all the way, so he could bend it back in and seal it... but he's a lazy ___ and hasn't done anything with it.

omg! it cut right through the metal :-/

a hitch does sound feasible, but wouldn't that set the alarm off?

Tomas

Could even be a nice slow, quiet accident that cut the metal like that - didn't have to be a noisy impact - so the alarm might never have noticed. :(

I've seen hitches slice several feet of bodywork with hardly a sound.

Amazing.... people are more and more miserably hopeless when it comes to holding themselves accountable if they accidently hit a car...
