The shaft, bushings for under the shifter box, stickers, that's about it...

I love mine, and suggest adding the NST Shifter Cable Bushings for a really great shifter feel..

(It's a great shifter... not too short, perfect throw)

 

^^ Yes, the "not too short" aspect is what I'm looking for as well.
