Even the newscasters this morning were miffed about it and didn't bother to hide their true feelings. The chopper guy that was over the stadium was rolling his eyes and refused to even talk about it.

But still, seems lame to me. Since UofP isn't a REAL university they had to buy a stadium? LOL. They say they are trying to "lend more credibility to the students who earn degrees from here". HA HA. I heard this on the news this morning, only thing that came to mind is that it isnt a "university" stadium, we already have one of those. I think another bank should have bought the name. You cant even call it UPS for obvious reasons. UP Stadium is plain stupid....

University of Phoenix is actually nationwide, and is, according to the news, the biggest private university in the country with over 150k students. And also they obviously had enough cash to put up to pay for this;) I wouldn't go there, and I don't like that as the name, cardinal stadium was just fine, but it's all about the green.
