Default Possible issues with ground clearance?

Should I have to worry about being able to clear the ground if I lower my car(thinking of using Tein BASIC coilovers) and have an aftermarket exhaust(Probably Tanabe Medallion Concept G)? I know that the Tanabe exhaust is probably a bit larger than the stock exhaust and don't want to have any unfortunate suprises.

No real problems. Just the typical problems with lower cars. Drive slower over bumps and into driveways.
