Anyone order something from there recently? I ordered a CC Short Shifter last thursday or Friday and i havent heard anything from them yet (the 21st to be exact) and i was just wondering does it take about 5-6 before they even ship it out? i paid with a credit card , my statement posted the same day so i know they have the money

but when i go to order viewer it keeps stating "Pending" as the status.

Just curious i even left them an email on saturday at like 12 am and no response yet , i even tried calling yesterday during business hours and no answer it just was a machine telling me to call back when they are open..

i just wanted to know whats up so if anyone works there or has had some difficulty let me know cuz i really want to get my short shifter in i was planning on going to the track saturday thanks all

 

i ordered from them on monday. i got it yesterday. install is a pain in the butt. my order also said pending because they havent updated the statuses when i called them yesterday. it came by USmail.


edit: still says 'pending' and its already in my car

 

ah i see , so ill prolly get it today? most likley or tomorrow right? woot woot gave me a little bit of hope scared me cuz it never said anything about shippin...they sent an email the day i bought it saying that there would be another emailing with my tracking number..did u get one of those?

 

nope. they shipped it to me, because i hacked your computer.















j/k, you'll get it evenutally, unlike me who is still waiting on turbo parts for FOUR months!!

 

i only got 2 emails from them. one was a copy of the order number and the other saying that it has been processed. never got an email of the tracking number or confirmation that it was ever shipped other than that it was outside of my door when i got home yesterday.

 

Just call em man. James is the owner and a real great guy.

They did my header and full exhaust for me and I was happy with my interaction with james.

 

yea they are cool people. i dont think you got anything to worry about.

 

tell us when you get a hold of them or get your product because im about to order some headers through them. but im gonna hold off and see what happens to you.

 

Came in Today I installed it and everything , very fast deiivery but kept me wondering because their order status thing on the site doesnt get updated very well but product is amazing...i didnt know it was going to come with a shift **** too works great !
